About Me
Meet Your Therapist
Nataliya Myssechko
RSW, MSW
There is a specific kind of burnout that comes from holding it all together for everyone else while you’re crumbling in private. I’m here to listen deeply to what’s often left unsaid and ask the right questions to help you find your way back to yourself. I provide the kind of raw, honest, and judgment-free partnership that allows you to stop performing and start healing
You are the expert in your own life. It is an honor for me to hold space, witness, and explore that journey alongside you. I believe that combining warm compassion with a direct, honest approach is what allows us to grapple with the hard things and create lasting change. By slowing down and reconnecting with the nervous system, we move away from 'performing' and toward a place of inner wisdom. Therapy is both a science and an art—and I look forward to creating something transformative together.
Focus Areas
10+ Years of Experience | Addiction Specialist
Specializing in addictions means working with the whole human: the trauma, the childhood experiences, and the messy life transitions that lead us there. Having worked across the spectrum of care from residential treatment to military mental health, I know that 'recovery' looks different for everyone.
I lead with a specialization in addictions, but my practice is open to anyone navigating the heavy lifting of being human. My approach is grounded in attachment theory and emotionally focused work.
I help you decode the 'why' behind your current relationship dynamics and the self-protective habits that keep you stuck. We will dive into the emotional landscape to transform the triggers that usually lead to shutdown or burnout. I believe that when we truly understand our underlying emotional needs, we can stop reacting and start choosing. With a steady focus on your nervous system signals, I will help you navigate the hard stuff at a pace that feels grounded, allowing you to finally put down the mask and build a life that feels whole.
